Food and Beverage at Estancia Cortaderas

Imagine whole tenderloins, sausages, sirloins and sweet breads slowly roasting over an open fire. Empanadas are being passed around on a giant platter. A variety of fine Argentinean wines are ready along with ice cold beer.

The outdoor table is set with a variety of salads and home made breads. Dessert, if you have room, will be followed by strong coffee and probably a short nap. And this was lunch!  Any more questions about the food? Actually, this was an assado or tradition Argentinean outdoor BBQ, done in the field for you, schedule and weather permitting.

The food is fantastic. Three beautifully prepared meals, plus a savory hors d'oeurves spread before dinner, are included in the price. Expect white tablecloth and china at every meal, along with excellent Argentinian wine and open bar with top shelf liquor.
